    Any individual Personal Training service can be delivered as Couples Training programming.

    This service benefits those who wish to have the support and enjoyment of partnered training.

    It is an excellent option for those who are new to, or return to fitness, couples, professionals, and seniors.

    Limitations depend on the diversity of capacity between individuals and personal requirements (eg. mobility difference, strength differences). However modifications are provided to ensure a safe program delivery that ensures a portion of targeted 1:1 attention.

  • Pre-Pregnancy Fertility Fitness and Post-Partum

    Pregnancy begins with fitness. Studies have conclusively illustrated that couples (BOTH the female AND ALSO the male), who improve their physical, mental and emotional/spiritual health, prior to attempting to conceive; have greater fertility, an easier pregnancy, and a healthier child.

    Hormone health and stability, and a greater natural production of testosterone, are achieved through regular exercise.

    The Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologist of Canada strongly recommend that women exercise through their pregnancy and post-partum to alleviate emotional and physical symptoms associated with child birth.

  • F.I.T. Over 50 & Seniors

    Specialized Active Aging “F.I.T. Over 50” programming. This training is Functional, Integrative, and Therapeutic (F.I.T.). It is fitness with the goal to maintain and increase your strength, stability, mobility, agility and coordination. For our senior clients, this training has been shown to increase the ease and confidence with which everyday movement and activities are conducted (Functional). It contributes to improved physical wellness and emotional resolve (Therapeutic) which allows one to to Age Actively and Age at Home (Integrative).

    Adaptive mobility modifications (walker, cane, wheelchair, knee/hip replacement) pose no issue for either the trainer or client. Specific slip-and-fall prevention programs are available.

  • Group Fitness

  • Austim Spectrum Programming

    Anyone on the spectrum greatly benefits from engagement. Educators have routinely prioritized academic outreach, but research has consistently shown that all communication, and therefore learning, is rooted in emotional connection and learning.

    Fitness, movement, and music based programming effectively engages those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In addition to involvement, fitness allows the release and channeling of emotions and the development of muscular control.

  • Osteoporosis & Arthritis

    Weight bearing exercise (body weight, resistance training, plyometrics) has conclusively been shown to prevent the loss of bone density, slow its progression, and even rehabilitate.

    Along the same lines, inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, can effectively be treated through fitness programming.

    Peri, Pre, and Post-Menopausal females who participate in fitness, regain elements of bone density and revive muscle bodies that surround their skeletal structure.

  • Alzheimer's & Dementia

    Brain fitness is a programming that pairs physical movement with cognitive tasks. The aim is to promote and rejuvenate neurological health. Studies have shown that new neurological pathways are formed by this sort of programming. Moreover, it now known that people with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, although loosing short term memory capacity, retain and can be engaged through music, movement, and fitness.

Moreover, studies indicate that fitness leads to the growth of new and alternate neural pathways.

    A disease that wastes muscle, bone density, lowers immunity, and taxes emotional, spiritual and mental health. Fitness programming can thankfully alleviate some trauma of this scourge.

    The Cancer Society approves of fitness being employed as a modality of prevention, treatment, and post-treatment recovery and rehabilitation.

  • Cardiac and Stroke Rehabilitation

    Diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure, are not simply singular and isolated health concerns. They represent the highest contributing factors that lead to cardiac issues (heart attack), and also stroke (blood clots: cerebral venous thrombosis).

    Fitness is now recommended by the Heart and Stroke Society; both as a preventative measure, as well as a post-onset and rehabilitation modality.
